Addison’s master planning “unites Takanini community”
Classic designs and open spaces were just some of the many great features mentioned in a recent article by Stuff.co.nz that covered our award-winning Addison development, featuring the homes on Bruce Pullman Drive.
As a part of their 'Designing Auckland' series, Stuff called the Addison development a great example of how “well-designed, higher density housing can create a successful edge to a reserve and street, while also creating sunny private open space for the residents.”
The houses on Bruce Pullman Drive have a prominent, well defined edge to the curve of the park with a consistent setback, creating an open, communal space.
The aesthetic elements of the homes outer façade were also praised, particularly the use of a consistent building form, palette of materials and colours, giving the homes a strong sense of continuity while also incorporating an element of individualism.
Our Addison development in Takanini sits on 84 hectares of land and will eventually consist of around 1,500 homes.
